Reduce the frequency of location updates or enable geolocation only when needed to optimize your GPS tracker's energy consumption, which will extend its battery life between charges.

Make sure the Smartdock is properly connected to a power source. Check the power cable carefully to make sure it is not damaged. If the problem persists, try restarting the Smartdock. If your cable is damaged, you can use a replacement USB-C cable or buy one on our accessories page.
